Parking/Access Road Notes: I parked at the lot on Strawberry Hill Road opposite Jay Lane - room for about 10 cars.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: None not bridged. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All very good. The Acton North yellow-blazed trail has kiosks that point out many Native American and Colonial relics I hadn't seen or noticed before. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Most of the few people I met had them - some friendly and some "friendly" (as in the owners assuring me that the snarling beasts are really loving and kind).

Bugs: A few mosquitoes came out in the afternoon.

Comments: Motivated by the one addition to Sections 4 and 5 by the new, 10th Ed. of the AMC Mass. Guide, I discovered that the Acton Trail people have been very active, discovering and documenting much of historical interest.
