Room for a few cars in a paved pull off alongside MA route 41, a few miles from the MA/CT state line. |

All rock hopped, but according to the AMC's Massachusetts Trail Guide, some of them can be difficult in high water. |

No issues. Looks like some wooden steps were installed fairly recently on the AT near the summit. |

There was one bug that bit me, but besides that, I barely saw any bugs. |

The trail was nearly bone dry, but so were the two tiers of Race Brook Falls. Under normal water levels, the falls would be a sight to see, but unfortunately they were basically a trickle. Other than that, no notable issues with the trails. |
