Took a short hike out to the Upper Goose Pond Shelter. When the caretaker is on duty, you can get pancakes in the morning. Tent pads for a few tents and space to camp around the cabin. Bunks up top and a good set up for an outdoor kitchen. Pond is the water source here and there are two separate docks. Such a beautiful area. Caretaker will close the cabin this week. After that only the porch and tenting is available. |
