Comments: Abandoned Dana, Massachusetts and it's Hidden Gems

Greenwich-Dana Rd, Skinner Hill Rd, cart rd and bushwhacks

What an awesome piece of history. The story is unbelievable, but true. We feel so bad for the people who's lives were uprooted for the sake of drinking water. Not only did we explore the foundations of Dana Common, we bushwhacked to the hidden gems that Dana holds too. We went to the F-94 Starfire plane crash site, Indian Kitchen, Wendell's lost and forgotten grave site. We also strolled down to Grave's Landing and found an abandoned Model T???? The hike to the Dana Common and the bushwhacks were all easy, just long. We logged 16 miles on our feet to see it all, plus we got 2 geocaches. We did post a video of our adventure on YouTube for anyone interested in checking out the area, just click the link...
