Get there early on weekends but today lots of empty spots in Roaring Brook |

Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Standing/Running Water on Trail |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Bridge being replace on Chimney Pond Trail basically finished and passable. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Looking good with minor section of bridge under repair as noted above. |

| Bugs: |
Black flies on ridges above treeline. None from Hamlin summit to Pamola. Particularly bad on Helon above treeline. Togue Pond gate mosqutitoes unbearable when checking in. |

Standing and minor running water on Chimney Pond Trail. Muddy at right when you turn off Chimney Pond Trail. Otherwise fairly dry. |
