Comments
Comments: foggy morning conditions down low but once up on Fulling Mill Mt. all the high peaks were in blue skies...under cast stayed til about 10 to 1030 then burnt off leaving nice views for the next few hours..had not been on this stretch of trail for a few years, great alpine bogs and terrain..Full Goose Shelter in good shape...one reason to post this report is to let AMC know plank bridging needs to be replaced, especially between North Peak and East Peak of Goose Eye..many rotten, broken ones and one in the mud pits have sunk into the pit and have disappeared...ladders, iron rungs, and plank walkways near East Peak are in good shape though...great day and views!!
