Lost and Found: Dropped yellow Grivel EVO Ice Axe somewhere on the trails either past Ocean Lookout, on Jack Williams or lower Ridge Trail. Email if found would be great.

Comments
Comments: Very deep powder (18 inches) as you might expect. Was unbroken from Maidens Cliff back to car and very slow going but we did a decent job of breaking it. Not great, but decent for two people. Jack Williams was deeper from the powder blowing down off Megunticook's ledges and took 2.5 hours to trudge the 1.6 miles. Ugh. Usually pretty fast hikers but this took us 8.5 hours total to go the 6.7 miles. Book time is 5 hours with good conditions. Still a great day out with far reaching views and clear blue skies.
