Comments
Comments: No ice until the steep climb right before the first pond. 3-ponds area icy and a bit snowy(no posthole) but pretty flat. From the third pound, the climb to treeline is somewhat icy. The summit ridge is dry. More ice on the trail down to the saddle towards the horn. We brought ligth traction but did not use. Still might have saved a bit of time on some spots.
