| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Falling Stream Rd requires some minor rock dodging while driving up. We parked below the 2 road bridges since there were 4 vehicles of people in our group. Those bridges look new (made of concrete). Limited parking below the bridges and a little bit more parking at the trailhead, but still limited. Saw 10 cars as we left, our 4 before the bridge and 6 more around the trailhead. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
A few. A couple of them were tricky due to many of the rocks having moss on them. |

| Comments: |
Not knowing how busy it was at the trailhead, and us having 4 cars, we opted to park below the bridges and walk the extra .5 miles. Trail easy to follow. A couple of water crossings that took some care but nothing that was serious. After site of the former fire warden's cabin (there is a privy with no TP there), the trail decided to go up, gaining about 1900 feet in 1.5 miles. Eventually, we dealt with several talus fields while going up towards the summit. We did not stay long due to threat of rain. |
