Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All manageable although the water crossing with the iron rungs going up eyebrow was very high and a bit slick so use caution
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: No major blow downs or issues. Trail is still a bit hidden when it turns to the left about .1 before the spur trail to the summit so keep your eyes open in that area.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Brought our 4 year old Golden with us to the summit, he had a great day although on the way down the monorail was getting quite unstable in the warm temps. Could be a bit hairy until most of the snow is gone.
Bugs
Bugs: not one yet :)
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: 1 stabil-icer traction shoe halfway up the trail. Brought with us, email if missing.

Comments
Comments: Went up the eyebrow trail which is fantastic. Snow is all but gone until you reach the ridge at about 2400 ft, then patchy deep spots and bare areas until about 3000 feet when snow is still pretty constant, 2+ feet is most spots. Where it is exposed (including summit) snow is all gone. Monorail was relatively stable on the way up but once temps reached into the 60's and 70's on the way down, became very unstable and soupy. Glad we had our snowshoes as they are very much needed if you plan to summit for the next few weeks. Saw only a few others on the day, most of which were unprepared and not having a very good time post holing, only one guy was going to suffer through it to try and camp at the pond that night.

Overall a gorgeous day and had the summit to ourselves for a fantastic view. Beware, there seems to be a large swarm of hornets or wasps buzzing around the snow free summit area.
