Parking/Access Road Notes: Success Pond Road had been repaired enough to be passable, though still rough in spots..slow going for the most part..NOTE: side road to Mt. Success Trail has a washout and large boulder placed in front so no vehicles can pass..hike in from road

Surface Conditions: Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Snow - Unpacked Powder, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery

Water Crossing Notes: water levels low, enough non icy rocks to cross on

Trail Maintenance Notes: just one spot up high where a dozen or so large fir trees where toppled, but one can bypass on the right..

Comments: overall trail came out ok from the recent storm...nice view day on Goose Eye..a few ice bulges and tricky spots near the summit cone, caution needed there...
