Parking/Access Road Notes: Room for several cars at the Ladder Trail trailhead off ME 3, at the south end of the Tarn.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Ice - Black, Wet Trail, Ice - Blue, Wet/Slippery Rock, Ice - Breakable Crust, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Parts of the Canon Brook Trail went right in the brook bed, as well as across it. All crossings manageable.

Dog-Related Notes: Not recommended due to the sheer amount of ice.

Comments
Comments: The Ladder Trail was mostly dry, with a few wet spots. Schiff Path had a lot of ice- light traction could be used here. The descent off Dorr was icy as well. The rest of the hike was far less icy.
