We headed up in the late morning. Someone had been up before us since the last snow and had bare booted all the way up. He also was not familiar with the trail and did some re-routing on the summit. Scott and I used snowshoes and smoothed out the postholes as much as possible. Another couple treks up and down should pack the trail nicely. We also packed the trail out on the granite portion so that it follows the cairns. Beautiful day with beautiful views. |
