Comments
Comments: The first part of the hike was on a well packed snowmobile trail. Once off that, the route was decently broken out, but snowshoes were still a good idea. The Nature Loop between the bypass junction and the summit was not broken out, so I took care of that. Took the bypass back to the loop, then back to the Eagle Scout Trail.

The summit of Douglas Mountain is open with an erratic rock and a stone observation tower, where great views of the White Mountains ans Sebago Lake areas can be had. Very cold today, so I opted for something less intensive, and this fit the bill nicely.
