Comments
Comments: Nearly the entire length of the Jordan Pond Path was untrodden and heavily drifted over- some of the drifts were quite deep. Fortunately, the snow was hard and crusty for the most part, so I didn't sink very deep. I'd still recommend snowshoes, particularly with the incoming warming of the temps. Great views as always, and the pond was frozen solid, so I walked onto it a few times to get some views that aren't normally seen.

Originally planned to hike Pemetic Mountain, plus a couple other short hikes afterward, but it was just too cold and windy. Plus, I forgot my hiking boots (only footwear I had was a pair of steel toed work boots), and my clothing was very damp after the hike, so I called it a day early. I'll be back for Pemetic once things warm up.
