| Comments: |
Our first ascent of this trail. Absolutely delightful first hike of the season. Snow was well packed and stable for most of the trail. The top half of the trail has some areas of significant ice, some were under about an inch of snow. Difficult to manage with just microspikes in places, but generally passable. Near the summit, some areas a VERY steep and icy, but it was easy (and fun) navigating around these hazards. |
