Comments
Comments: There was ice from start but easily avoided. We carried light traction but never put them on. Poles were helpful. Saw some others later on L a H trail with microspikes. The bushwhack to South Hale was relatively easy. Mostly open. Went to cliffs overlooking the valley. VERY nice. Great views of Zealand, Guyout, Pressies as well as down the valley.
