The Cog/Ammo parking lot is *not* open to hikers. Park in the summer Ammo/Cog lot below (which is plowed.) We got chased out trying to park at Base Station.
Mount Clinton Road / Mount Clinton Lot (Crawford Path) is now plowed out.
