Comments
Comments: Great after work hike. I have been looking on every mountain top this April for the real crappy conditions and this was the closest so far. Some good for nothing long legged moose messed up the trail in places between Starr King and Waumbek, had I seen him we would have had words, but it looked like he had been through a few days earlier. I went in to my thigh once or twice due to his careless footsteps. Snowshoes got a free ride today and I was bright enough to remember the old microspikes to pound into rocks instead of the new ones. Great day out.
