| Comments: |
Microspikes got a free ride today. Though there is still snow and ice on the trail between Starr King and Waumbek, it was too patchy to waste the on/off time. I didn't have any problem barebooting today. With the abundance of rain we had in the North Country the last two days the greens were popping and it made for an enjoyable hike through the hardwoods. Clouds were thick between the two peaks but that too adds to the visual enjoyment of the hike.
Remember to thank your mother today. She put up with a lot of your shenanigans. |
