Crossings require stepping on slightly submerged rocks. No problem. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Minor blowdowns. One big one on lower Red Ridge requires bushwhacking around in open woods. |

Skeeters out in morning - aggressive! Some flies in afternoon - not biting yet. |

| Comments: |
Moat Mt. Trail between 1000' and 2000' had lots of wet, very slippery rocks. Care was required. Once the sun had dried them out higher up, no problem. One small patch of snow visible off trail. No humans on trail all day (except me??) |
