paid my $4 at the Echo Lake State Park - got my redlining dollar's worth PLUS a nice swim in Echo Lake later - water temp was PERFECT!!!! However, watch where you step in the parking lot - there were some, um, used birth control devices littering where I parked - |

Lower Crossings - north end of Moat Mountain Tr and north end of Red Ridge Tr all rock-hoppable - no other issues |

White Horse Ledge Trail had some larger blowdowns past the rock climber trails |

signs said no dogs near Echo Lake |

pretty bad - used bug stuff - wasn't bad when the wind kicked up.... pulled one tick out of the back of my head later |

Great day for these trails - a little hot but lots of streams to refill the water bottle. I think I drank 3 liters and the streams were right there when needed. Terrific views - Red Ridge Trail is especially AWESOME and unusual - such neat rocks!!!! WOW!!!! Very fun.... |
