Comments
Comments: some minor mud on lower portion of cross rivendell, but generally dry with good footing. ledges higher up were generally dry as well. the trail over to the north peak ledges is a bit grown in at times and could be considered obscure in spots where it gets into the open rock. some old paint blazes still there and a couple of cairns.

great hike. some nice views from the main summit, but the northern ledges took the cake on this one. a bit hazy for real long distance views, but good looks to the local peaks and up to moosilauke. nice morning walk.
