| Comments: |
The biggest surprise on this big loop was the Whitin Brook Trail, which the guide had described in rather negative terms. We found it easy to negotiate and obvious. The Bee Line from Paugus has a new sign, which had been missing the last time we visited. Looks like considerable work has also been done on this trail.Visability not so great in haze today,so fewer Pics than usual. Warm temps made climbing more difficult, but we went slow and compensated. |
