Parking was available at the lower lot off Route 101 both in the morning and the afternoon. Four bucks per person to enter Miller State Park BTW. |

Many of the yellow blazes on South Pack are faded although the trail is obvious. |

Saw a few in the afternoon - they seemed to be enjoying the day. |

Some were a little annoying in the afternoon. |

| Comments: |
The trails are damp due to rains and high humidity so a bit of care is needed. Heading north I saw only one other person on the trail but heading south I passed about a dozen singles, couples and groups going north. In addition to the Audobon folks, scattered hikiers and the usual auto road traffic it was trail maintenance day on South Pack so the summit was a busy place. I had the summit of North Pack to myself for quite a while. |
