| Comments: |
Wet, slippery leaves and roots most of the way up. The ledges below the summit are scattered with ice and patchy snow. Micro-spikes were very necessary all around the summit cone and for some distance down the North side. I took a 10' dump on a slab of ice and rock just below the summit (probably where I lost my watch). Significant ice flow on the upper parts of Mowglis and Manning trails too. No views today; foggy, cold and windy at the top. |
