one crossing was a little tricky. we crossed on submerged rocks. there was ice at the edge that wouldn't really hold our weight. on our return, the water level had risen and we crossed in slightly deeper water. |

found in the parking lot at lincoln woods near the men's room. a pair or red tubbs hiking poles and a pair of black mens mittens. we left them there. |

my first time on any of these trails. started the day below freezing in spikes to give us a better grip on the solid trail. took them off partway thru the bushwack because the temps had warmed and the snow was balling up. nice easy grades until the bushwack. nice open woods for the bushwack. easy. beautiful woods. thanks to bryan for another great day |
