Most of the parking was plowed. The lot itself had a few inches of snow in it. A bit too much for my aging tires. There were two other cars in the lot when i got there at 10am. One carmthere when i left at 245pm. |

I was the second person on the trail today. Saw one person ahead of me and a couple who probably took sandwich mt trail to the top. It was a spring jacket kinda day going up and winter jacket coming down. Theres a bit of ice beneath a few inches of snow cover. I am guessing it will get more slippery as it gets used before it snows again. I was the third person down the drakes brook trail and the snow was gettin pushed away to reveal some icy spots. |
