Crossings unfrozen, water level moderate. Rock hopping was easy, not a lot of ice on rocks. |

A few blowdowns across trail near halfway point; easy to duck under. |

Trail is mostly firm and packed hard with some patches of bare ground carved out by standing and running water in lower elevations. A few tricky icy spots near the summit. |
