parking lot off 115 had a couple inches of snow that posed no problems for parking. |

a couple inches of fresh powder over a bit of a base at the start of the trail that had been booted out to the summit. a little bony in the final steeper ascent to the ridge, but pretty nice overall. a bit more snow up on the ridgeline to the summit.
we wore snowshoes the whole hike. could certainly be booted or spiked, but enough coverage for snowshoes.
nice second hike after the randolphs in the morning. the views from the summit were phenomenal with the clear skies. thanks to cynthia for a great day of hiking in the cold.
