| Comments: |
Baxter and I took turns breaking out the 8-10 inches of powdery snow and the drifts that were thigh high. We got to within about a half mile of the summit. We were having a hard time finding the trail and when you were off trail the snow was way too deep. We lost the trail once and bushwhacked back to it but we met some really mean spruce traps. Take the left fork when heading out to summit Waumbek |
