Comments
Comments: Variable conditions today. Started in spikes to Starr King on solid tracked surface. We switched to snowshoes for the ridge and kept them on until descending to the old logging road where we switched back to spikes. By early afternoon the previously solid snow had turned very soft. On the old road there was mud and water flowing in many places with the warm temps. Great views today. Places on the ridge given the 4-5 feet of snow had nice northern views and the view points at Starr King and just off the summit were great. Congrats to Michelline for #41..way to go and to Mike for #3.
