Water Crossing Notes: On Welch side, rock hoppable

Trail Maintenance Notes: A few stepovers on the lower Welch side of the loop. One blowdown in a scramble ascending Welch or Dickey (can't recall). One stepover (handsawable) descending Dickey just before the first big ledge.

Bugs: Minimal

Comments
Comments: Loop was relatively dry and in good shape. Some wet ledge in the normal places as well as some minor mud in the normal places. One insignificant patch of snow/ice in the woods between the big ledges descending Dickey.
Temperatures in the lower 70s with no biting bugs. If only we had these conditions throughout the next two months.
