Started from 25A, this was a great first real hike after my injury on the Tripyramids last December. The first part of the trail to the gravel road past the old foundation was very gradual, after the road it was still gradual with good footing, no rocks. Not until the drop down to the Beckett Brook crossing were there any appreciable rocks. Even from that point to the side trail to the North peak it was steady though not steep, minor ice on the trail, lots of mud and wet rocks. Great views from both peaks. We will be back. |
