Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: None of significance on this section of trail
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One crawl through blow down climbing out of Sandwich Notch Rd. One duck under blow down between Double Head and Squam. The trail could use some brushing between Double Head and Percival. The steep section below the rock cleft is eroding.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: The trail climbs through a cleft about 7 feet high as you climb up from Sandwich Notch Rd. I couldn't see a way around for a dog, although with a couple of people, and a willing canine, one could be passed up or down.

Bugs: A few around today, mosquitos and black flies.
