| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
I parked right at the trailhead on Thompson Road. There is room for a couple of carefully parked vehicles. There are no signs saying not to park there, so I figured if I parked off to the side and out of anyone's way, then there shouldn't be an issue. There is also a lot on 113, 0.9 miles down the road. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Significant, Leaves - Significant/Slippery |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Crossings easily rock-hopped. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Lots of slippery leaves covering many of the rocks. Watch your footing. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Fine trail for dogs. If you park on 113, then you'll walk by many private homes, so bring a leash. |
| Bugs: |
Not too bad if you keep moving. Mosquitos and black flies and ticks, oh my! |
