| Water Crossing Notes: |
When they name a trail trestle trail and post a sign saying bridge out on trestle trail, connections should be made. Not until I got there. Up to Middle and over to North. Great views as promised. Then to grab a redline. It takes a certain kind of person to redline I'm thinking. I giggled when I got to the water crossing and figured it all out. Apparently there used to be a trestle and now its gone, leaving a huge crossing. OK, its summer I'm sticky, into the water Kali and I go. Once across we think we are home free. Nope. The trail goes through the camp ground. Weird. Only trail I've ever been on with his and hers privy's. Excellent. Great day out! |
