One 6" blowdown below logging road crossing and one 12-18" above crossing on Piper Mountain Trail. One 6" or so blowdown on Old Piper Trail. |

 | Bugs: |
Mosquitoes were vexing on lower Piper Mountain Trail. Once up to the ledges and beyond on listed trails, bugs weren't too bad. |

 | Comments: |
Trails were generally dry and in good shape. Not sure if I encountered any mud at all. Temperatures around 80 with increasing clouds. Blueberries are starting to form (ie "them are too green"), so only a few more weeks until blue ones start popping. |
