Comments
Comments: On our continuing quest to stand on every site where a fire tower stands, once stood or was proposed brought us to Deer Mountain in Pittsburg, NH. #59 of the 92 towers for us. The trail itself is part of the Cohos Trail and is relatively new. What a great trail it is too! There is a log in register at the trailhead. The fire tower is still standing though the cab and stairs have been removed. Easy trail to follow.
