Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking, however, I always seem to go by this trailhead the first time since the parking lot is across the road from the trailhead.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Just a couple of brooks to cross on this trip. However, you had to be careful to keep from getting wet. Water levels high. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in very good shape. Blazing has been added to aid in navigation in some sketchy areas. A few blowdowns, but of the step-over variety.

Bugs
Bugs: Lots of annoying bugs, especially on the summit. Mostly skeeters.

Comments
Comments: This is one steep trail for such a minor mountain. Overall, it is in good shape, but very rough in the upper sections. The lower sections were very wet/muddy. The river was really roaring with lots of nice waterfalls and cascades.
