Water Crossing Notes: Minor and hoppable
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns on the Carter Ledge Trail, none major. A few on the Middle Sister Trail (below Carter Ledge Trail junction), a few would take a bigger saw. Trails could use some blazing, and the sharp turn on the gravel slide below Carter Ledge could use some sort of a cairn or arrow.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Some dogs might not take kindly to the exposed scrambles on the upper Carter Ledge Trail
Bugs
Bugs: Mosquitoes biting near the campground. Some black flies at slightly higher elevations. No issues up high, though.

Comments
Comments: Hiked a clockwise loop from the campground. Trails mostly dry, as were the tricky scramble ledges. An extended mud pit not too far from the campground can be walked around. A few other pits and pools, but none too big. Shoes stayed dry.
