The girls had camp in the morning, so we didn't start this hike until 2pm. Was humid, but the many water crossings helped. Made it up and down in four hours flat. Was hoping to take a dip in Emerald Pool on the way out, but the skies were full of dark, thick clouds. Made it to the car shortly after the outburst began - the rain felt wonderful, no need for the Pool after all.
Nice views on Eastman.
There will be a trip report on my blog late tomorrow evening.
Sage is almost finished with the 52 WAV. Just a few more hikes to go. |
