| Comments: |
The blazing and trail skirting the beaver pond right at the beginning is well-done. Trail is very easy to follow, but the description could read: the trail descends a short steep pitch with new log steps (slippery), crosses two small brooks, and skirts a beaver pond with a view of Sugarloaf Mtn. It turns left up a bank and in 40 yd. crosses a larger brook on logs next to a beaver dam, then climbs to a logging road and turns right on it. |
