Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: The quote is from bryan's report. I drove to the end of the road that he started on (about 0.5 further). There is an exposed culvert towards the top that was not bad to get over. "to access my starting point i drove in east inlet road from rt. 3 just north of second connecticut lake. after the bridge i turned left towards scott bog (scott bog road) driving about 1.9 then turning right and continuing for about another 2.2 to a large grassy area to the left (north) side of the road. the roads were all in very good shape and were a non-issue to drive in a passenger car. if going beyond where i parked there is a funny culvert a short distance up the road that i immediately started to scrape when driving over, but a higher clearance would make it no problem."

Comments
Comments: I bushwhacked due compass north up to the swath. The going was not too bad. I came out near a hunting stand that was painted all black. The walking on the swath is easy in this section. The summit was about 1/4 of a mile up a small bump. The register is a very short walk off of the swath on the US side. I took the swath back to the hunting stand and then bushwhacked my same route down.
