Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: It was raining so there were sections of the upper trail with streams of running water over it. You should be able to keep your feet dry.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There were quite a number of blowdowns between 1800 to 2400 feet. I suspect most of them came from the winds from the Wednesday night storm. Small trees, easy to walk over.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: My dog had no problems with this trail. He zoomed up the wet rock face happily.
Bugs
Bugs: No bugs
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: none

Comments
Comments: When I got to the slanted rock face I was hesitant because it was raining. I thought it was going to be harder than it was. There are places to pull yourself up if needed, there is 'grip' in the rock that helps prevent slipping. It was fun.
