Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: A couple of easy rock-hops.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Underhill Trail and Four Soldiers Path have gotten some recent attention from the RMC and will be getting a lot more, judging from numerous flags located in particular at the many muddy sections.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I met no one on this 10-mile loop, but the poor weather may have been a factor. Good for dogs who like mud.
Bugs
Bugs: None.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found:

Comments
Comments: The RMC has posted an interesting brochure on the Four Soldiers Path on its website, explaining geology, history, flora and fauna. That's good, because the Path and this loop lack overt drama.
