easy rock hops |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The Wild River Trail is easy to miss after crossing Red Rock Brook, the trail turns right up an embankment, but the arrow sign is high and behind leaves. The herd path straight ahead is the obvious but incorrect path.
Eagle link is still well blazed, but most of the bog bridges are nearing the end of their useful life. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |

| Comments: |
Beautiful sunny weather for day 2. A nice walk through birch glades on Eagle Link, and across the ridge top. Camped with a noisy group of a 4H program at Blue Brook Campsite. Nice little water fall there. |
