Comments
Comments: Lower elevation was mix of bare ground, mud (some frozen, some not), and hard frozen snow. Just past big stream crossing was last stretch of muddy trail, then hard frozen snow pack to summit. Microspikes were perfect. There are a number of blowdowns near dense woods toward summit that hid trail, and fooled a few folks (including me) based on footprints. Saw nobody, only my vehicle in parking area.
