Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: We took our pup for his birthday/first hike and he had a blast! We encountered lots of other dogs on the trail. Everyone seemed to be having a good time!

Comments
Comments: Our group went up with just Yak Trax and microspikes. Our yak trax provided enough traction for everything we encountered. We started off bare boots, but there was a lot of ice on the way over to the trail head, so we added the traction. Our hiking partner had microspikes on and he had no issues either. There were also some kids sledding down the trail which was ridiculously dangerous: the trail is so narrow!!!
