Comments
Comments: I hiked up a mile with snowshoes and then switched to spikes and added more toe warmers. Someone had broken out the trail to noon peak. Got to noon and the trail stopped there. The amc meetup crew of 5 came up behind me and they broke out the trail to jennings. I tried to stay in spikes but it was just to soft, i finally switched back to snowshoes. It was bitter cold on the top. Drakes brook trail was not broken out nor was the sandwich dome trail. I had planned to do the dome but the no feeling in my feet and soreness in my legs and not much daylight made me go back down. All in all great day. First day back in snowshoes since march of last year.
